I am honored to serve as a provider for our nation’s Veterans.

Veterans May Be Eligible

When approved by a VA Primary Care Provider, massage therapy may be authorized as part of a care plan for conditions such as:

  • Chronic pain (neck, back, joints, and musculoskeletal pain)

  • PTSD and stress-related conditions

  • Anxiety and depression support

  • Sleep disorders and insomnia

  • Muscle tension and spasms

  • Limited mobility or stiffness

  • Recovery from injury or physical strain

  • Headaches and migraines (stress or tension-related)

  • Arthritis and age-related joint discomfort

  • Fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue-related symptoms

  • Circulation and soft tissue support needs

How to Get Massage Therapy Approved

(VA Community Care)

Step 1: VA Primary Care Visit
The Veteran meets with their VA-approved Primary Care Provider to evaluate whether massage therapy is medically necessary as part of their treatment plan.

Step 2: Referral Submission to VA
If deemed appropriate, the Primary Care Provider submits a referral to the VA Medical Center for review and care coordination based on clinical need, location, and eligibility.

Step 3: VA Authorization & Community Care Assignment
Once approved, the VA issues an authorization for care and assigns the request to a Community Care network administrator (such as TriWest or another VA-authorized partner, depending on region).

Step 4: Scheduling Your Sessions
After authorization is received, the Veteran is contacted and scheduled for mobile or in-home massage therapy visits according to the approved care plan.

VA Community Care–authorized massage therapy is provided in accordance with approved treatment plans and individualized clinical needs.

Sessions will be available in 30- and 60-minute options.

Please contact me directly for assistance with authorization and scheduling.
